Our Cancellation Policy

At TurboWash Solutions, we understand that plans change. This policy sets out what we ask of our customers when cancelling or rescheduling a booking, and what you can expect from us in return.


Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Appointment

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. As a guide:

More than 48 hours’ notice — No charge. We’ll rearrange your appointment at a time that suits you with no fuss.

Less than 48 hours’ notice — We ask for as much notice as possible. Where a late cancellation causes us to lose a booking slot we cannot fill, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to £30. We’ll always be reasonable and will only apply this in genuine circumstances.

Same-day cancellation or no-show — A fee of up to £50 may apply. This covers travel time and the booking slot held for your job. We’ll always discuss this with you directly before applying any charge.


Bad Weather

Some exterior cleaning work cannot safely or effectively be carried out in heavy rain, frost or icy conditions. If weather prevents us from completing your job safely:

  • We will contact you as early as possible on the day
  • No cancellation fee will be charged
  • We’ll rearrange your appointment at the earliest available date

Similarly, if you wish to postpone due to bad weather on your end, just let us know and we’ll rearrange without any charge.


Our Commitment to You

If TurboWash Solutions needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason:

  • We will give you as much notice as possible
  • No cancellation fee will ever be charged to you
  • We will prioritise rescheduling your job at your earliest convenience
  • If we have already received payment, a full refund will be issued promptly

Deposits

For most standard residential jobs, we do not require a deposit. For larger commercial jobs or work requiring significant preparation, a deposit may be agreed in advance. If we cancel a job for which a deposit has been paid, that deposit will be refunded in full.
